 Le Luxe Collection Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

      At Le Luxe Collection, we do not offer refunds on items below $100 Instead, we issue store credit for eligible returns. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

-Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants).

-Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items).

-Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products).

-Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

-Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order separately, once the return is approved.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the store credit is approved. If approved, your store credit will be issued and you can manage it by your logging into your account on our website (excluding shipping) full amount of purchase will be issue into store credit.
